Kpmg Recruitment Requirements
To be an eligible applicant, you:
a. Must be below 26 years old.
b. Must have a minimum of 5 O’Level Credits (including English & Mathematics) at one sitting.
c. Law graduates must have a minimum of 2ND Class (Upper division) degree at first degree and Law school.
d. Must be about to complete or have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme.
e. Must not have written the KPMG Graduate Aptitude Test before.
f. Must have a minimum of 2ND Class (Upper division) degree at first degree (please note that OND and HND qualifications are not considered for this position).

General Qualifications And Requirements
1. Possession of BSc, HND, NCE, or OND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
2. Applicants must not be above 35 years old.
3. WASC or SSSC with Credits in not less than three subjects including English and at least passes in two other subjects; or
4. NECO/GCE Ordinary Level with passes in four subjects obtained at one sitting or five subjects obtained at two sittings including English Language.

1. Partners
Partners make strategic decisions, look after the firm’s market position and are held accountable for delivery of the highest quality of work as well as for the overall performance of the divisions they are responsible for.
2. Associate Director
After a minimum of two years as a Senior Manager, an employee could be promoted and become a Director. Directors represent the firm in contacts with strategic clients, and develop their own client portfolio as well as manage a department or section while handling the career development for departmental staff.
3. Senior Manager
The Senior Manager position can be awarded to experienced Managers and Specialists in their field; responsible for outlining the overall operational direction of their teams and making strategic decisions. They manage cooperation with an extensive client community.
4. Manager
Adequate qualifications and experience gained in the previous position are openings for managerial promotion. Managers supervise the work of numerous project teams and guide their subordinates’ career development.
Managers have client groups assigned to them, and are charged with the responsibility of delivering projects commissioned by those clients. A manager in KPMG receives around 750,000 Naira monthly salary.
5. Senior Associate
Employees with at least two years of experience are promoted to Senior Associates responsible for coordinating project team work while performing all duties assigned as part of their regular job description.
After another year, a Senior Associate is promoted to the Manager position, requiring more operational independence as a stepping stone in preparation for becoming a Manager. In KPMG Nigeria, there are three kinds of Seniors – Senior 1, Senior 2 and Senior 3.
6. Semi-Senior Associate
Simply otherwise called an Associate or just ‘Semi’, the Semi-Senior Associate works on the instructions of the Senior Associate and may attend client meetings.
He/she heads projects and make sure the company is performing to its best abilities to satisfy clients. He/she also provide advice to clients and is responsible for bringing in new accounts.
7. Analyst And Experienced Analyst
Students and university graduates usually join KPMG as analysts. They attend numerous training sessions and programs to broaden their job-specific knowledge and learn the tools and methodologies used to work.
As project team members, they perform with support from more experienced colleagues. While an Analyst in KPMG receives 130,000 Naira monthly salary, an Experienced Analyst gets around 180,000 Naira.
8. Interns
Though not technically part of KPMG, an intern works closely with a team of experienced professionals and work on client projects across various sectors and industries.
