 162 Helpless Nigerians Return From Libya

About 162 helpless Nigerians in Libya have been returned to the country. Information Guide Nigeria

They arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on Wednesday morning.

A breakdown of the figure of the returnees shows that 98 of them are adult females, 28 are adult males, 19 are female children, five are male children, nine are female infants and the remaining three persons are male infants. CHANNELS TV reports.

Their plane was said to have taken off from Tripoli, Libya around 22:10pm yesterday and landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at around 2:10am on Wednesday. jamb results

They were welcomed by the personnel of the Port Health Unit of the Federal Ministry of Health, National Commission for Resilience, Migration, and IDPs; Nigerian Immigration Services, and National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

The returnees were brought back to the country by the International Organisation for Migration.

This organisation help Nigerians who left the country to seek a better life in European countries but cannot afford to return when their journey becomes frustrated.
