2022 Pregnant With Dark Uncertainty Of Cosmic Dimensions– Olumakaiye Warns

The Chief Missioner and Archbishop of the Diocese of Lagos, Anglican Communion, Archbishop Humphrey Olumakaiye, has foreseen that the coming Year 2022 is pregnant with dark uncertainty of cosmic dimensions.

INDEPENDENT reports that Archbishop Humphrey Olumakaiye said this in his Christmas/New Year goodwill message which is made available to Independentonline via his Media Relations Coordinator, Venerable Folorunsho Agbelusi.Information Guide Nigeria

According to INDEPENDENT, the full goodwill message of Archbishop Olumakaiye wrote:

“Season greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Blessed be the name of the Lord our God who in His unfailing love and mercy steered us through one of the most turbulent and challenging years in recent memory. In the words of the Psalmist, ‘if it had not been the Lord who was on our side, what would have been our testimonies?’ Despite the terror of various security challenges, economic turbulence, lingering effect of the pandemic and dark uncertainty of political intrigues raging our beloved nation, we have been more than conquerors through Christ our Lord.

“As we celebrate the remembrance of the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, I want to remind us that Christmas symbolizes hope and deliverance. It brings us the promise of a better year and a change in season. The joy of the season came as salvation, deliverance and prosperity for the sons and daughters of men.Jamb Result

“While basking in the memory of this joy and intoxicating ourselves in his redeeming love for all mankind, let our lives mirror the one who was born in the manger in order to lift us all to the heavenly palace of the Almighty.

“The coming year, though, is pregnant with dark uncertainty of cosmic dimensions. Yet, for us the children of light, our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. Nations may rise and fall, economies may tumble and collapse, drums of war may be heard in a distant land, and strange signs may be seen in the heavens above and earth below. In all that may come and befall our world, the Lord of Host is with us and the God of Jacob our refuge!
