
2023 Election: APC Reaffirms Commitment To Free And Fair Elections
The All Progressives Congress has restated its commitment and support for a constitutionally free and fair election that will encourage transparency in the country’s electioneering processes and in-house democracy.
National Secretary, APC Caretaker, Sen. John Akpanudoedehe, reassured in a statement on Wednesday, Abuja.
The statement was in APC’s reaction to Tuesday’s Senate amendments to the Electoral Act which would subsequently be sent to President Muhammadu Buhari for consideration.Information Guide Nigeria

As reported by The Punch, in Akpanudoedehe’s words: “Accordingly, the sound bites from the Peoples Democratic Party should be ignored in its entirety. PDP is only pretending to be an opposition political party. jamb results
“Meanwhile, the patriotic disposition of the multi-partisan 9th National Assembly should be commended.
“It is the right thing for the National Assembly to aggregate and consider the clamour by civil societies, interested stakeholders, and indeed all Nigerians on all matters requiring legislation,” he said.
He added that the credibility of elections had continued to step up under the President Buhari administration.
