2023 Election: APC Will Not Permits Comedians Take Over Kaduna Government Residence – Wusono
Salisu Tanko Wusono, Publicity Secretary-elect, Kaduna State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has said that the party will not allow governance slip into the hands of comedians who are masquerading as politicians in the 2023 governorship election. THE SUN reports.
In a statement on Monday to felicitate the people of the State over the new year celebration, Wusono noted that the people have seen consistent good governance since 2015, and they will not allow unserious minded persons to ruin it for them come 2023 elections.

APC statement came on the heels of a radio interview granted by former Senator Shehu Sani that he was ready to contest for the Kaduna governorship seat in 2023.
Senator Sani who represented Kaduna Central at the 8th National Assembly added if that if he wins the governorship election, he will clean up what he allegedly referred to as El-rufai’s mess.
But the APC Publicity Secretary’s statement reads: “The APC has observed that with the next general elections approaching, all sorts of characters are trying to disrespect the people of Kaduna State by treating the contest for the next governorship of the state as if it is a grand comedy. Our party knows that the people of Kaduna State have seen consistent good governance since 2015 and they will not allow nonentities to ruin it for them.
“In 2015 and again in 2019, the APC gladly accepted the electoral mandate freely given by the people of Kaduna State and we remain grateful for that”. Information Guide Nigeria
