2023 Election: Why Goodluck cannot be president under our party – APC
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Elders Advisory Council in Oyo State, has revealed why the erstwhile President, Goodluck Jonathan can’t be president on the platform of the ruling party.
Chairman of APC Elders Council in the state, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala, said that the party had their candidate already. Information Guide Nigeria
The former governor of the state said while interviewed while featuring on Agidigbo 88.5 FM in Ibadan.
However, he said the former president was free to join the APC but should not have the mindset of becoming the party’s presidential candidate in 2023.

As reported by Daily News Nigeria, in Adebayo words: “I am not saying Jonathan can’t join APC but he can’t be president under APC in 2023.
There have been rumours that the former president would leave the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the ruling APC. jamb results
The rumours had it that the Bayelsa-born ex-president would become the party’s presidential flag bearer if he joins APC.
Jonathan is, however, silent over the rumours.
