
About 14,000 Nigerian students in US – Ibelli
The Public Affairs Officer and Acting Consul General, United States of America Consulate, Lagos, Stephen Ibelli, said about 14, 000 Nigerians are currently studying in the United State of America.
Ibelli said this in Osogbo, Osun State, at the commissioning of ‘Window on America’, an information center sponsored by the United States government which makes provision for free learning.

As reported by The Punch, in Ibelli words: “Indeed, we have almost 14,000 Nigerians studying in the United States. That is not an accident. It is because Nigerians and Nigerian families believe in strong education.
