The Executive Director, Retail Banking, Access Bank Plc, Victor Etuokwu, while speaking to Newsmen at the Bank’s head office in Lagos said that the DiamondXtra Independence Splash draw is a testimony to the bank’s commitment to empowering Nigerians financially; irrespective of their educational, religious, and social status.

Victor Etuokwu stated that the awardees will be two persons from each geographical zone in Nigeria.
