1.) Associate Manager – Performance Excellence

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- 3+ years’ experience working in business operations.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and implementing initiatives that resulted in significant performance improvements.
- Extensive experience in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through challenges and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking to achieve desired outcomes.

2.) Direct Sales Captain
Locations: Oyo, Kwara and Ogun
Description
- Supervising the direct sales agents (DSAs) under him/her and providing technical support where necessary to ensure that their targets are met
- Monitoring the activities of the DSAs both on the field and in the showroom to ensure alignment with laid down processes and procedures
- Collecting and collating feedback on DSAs’ sales activities daily
- Preparing and issuing a daily, weekly, and monthly feedback report on the showroom sales activities to the Sales Lead
- Resolving sales-related challenges within the showroom and reporting same to the Sales Lead
- Escalating all matters relating to sales and DSAs within the showroom to the Sales Lead
- Evaluating the performance of the DSAs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Helping the DSAs develop their weak areas, and improve their strengths
- Motivating the DSAs to consistently perform on an optimal level, and
- Effectively communicating relevant information to the DSAs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The KPIs for the Sales Captain include:
- Average sales per DSA per month
- Efficiency and effectiveness in communicating relevant sales issues to the Sales Lead
- Effective communication of relevant information to the DSAs
- Proactiveness in resolving sales-related challenges in the showroom
- Accuracy of feedback and reports
- Efficient use of communication channels (Email, SMS, Calls, etc.)
- Capability development of the DSAs
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc / HND in related discipline.
- Good email and communication etiquette
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, positive mindset, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a sales management role will be an added advantage
Salary
N54,000 – N60,000 monthly.

3.) Junior Business Analyst – Process Optimization
Location: Lagos / Oyo
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) with a minimum of second-class upper (2.1) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
- 1-3 years prior experience in analysis or marketing or technical-related field
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, perform data joins, and manipulate datasets.
- Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address potential issues independently.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Additional knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello is a plus
- The ability & willingness to work autonomously/independently while in alignment with a team
- A curious mind that is eager to learn & innovate.
- Location: Headquarters: Lagos/Ibadan – Role requires 20% domestic travel to upcountry locations.
