Arsenal’s Matteo Guendouzi completes permanent transfer to Marseille

According to theathletic recent report, Matteo Guendouzi has completed a permanent move from Arsenal to Marseille.Information Guide Nigeria

The report has it that Guendouzi made 55 appearances for Marseille last season, managing 14 assists and five goals as the club qualified for the Champions League.JAMB Result

However, their summer has started awkwardly, with the club announcing the departure of Jorge Sampaoli earlier on Friday.

Guendouzi joined Arsenal from Lorient in the summer of 2018 and initially impressed under then-manager Unai Emery. He kept playing under Mikel Arteta after he took over but fell out of favour at the end of the 2019-20 season.

The France international joined Hertha Berlin on loan in 2020-21, making 24 league appearances and scoring two goals.

However, according to statistics, he made 82 total appearances for Arsenal, scoring once.
