Arsene Wenger praises Fred for role in Manchester United win vs Atalanta
Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hyped praise on unsung Manchester United hero Fred.
The midfielder was key to Manchester United’s turn around against Atalanta in the UEFA Champions League clash at Old Trafford. Manchester United came back from 2-0 down to win the maTCH 3-2.
Speaking to beIN Sports, Wenger said: “I would personally highlight the second half of Fred. Fred saved a few crosses in the box. Defensively he was outstanding and he worked unbelievably hard in the second half.”
