Attack On Jos Correctional Centre: Six Bodies Found
There have been reports of an attack at the Correctional Centre in Jos the Plateau State Capital and six bodies have been recovered by officers of the Nigeria Correctional Center. Information Guide Nigeria
According to DAILY POST at around 17:20 hours yesterday, the Centre came under attack by unidentified gunmen who invaded the Centre in large numbers with sophisticated weapons.

It is not certain if the bodies are those of the gunmen who attacked the Centre or prisoners who tried running.
It was gathered that one NCC officials were killed and another shot in the arm when the attackers arrived at the Correctional Facility yesterday and immediately reached for the main gate where they engaged the armed officers in a gun battle before breaking into the yard. jamb results
