Four major aviation unions, including National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Association of Nigerian Aviation Professionals (ANAP) and Amalgamated Union of Public Corporations, Civil Service Technical and Recreational Services Employees (AUPCTRE) have expressed their displeasure over the failure of the Federal Government to release negotiated Conditions of Service (CoS) of the aviation agencies since 2013 and non-implementation of Minimum Wage/Consequential Adjustment since 2019. THE WILLS reports.

The aviation unions had variously issued ultimatums to the Federal Ministry of Aviation (FMA) and the six aviation agencies, including Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET), Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) and Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) over the matter.
