
Bank Worker And Accomplice Arrested for Robbery, N3m Theft
The Ogun State Police Command has arrested one Dare Olagoke of Abestone Microfinance Bank and his accomplice Idowu Tunde for allegedly trying to rob one Dare Olagoke of the sum of N3 million belonging.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer of Ogun State Police Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi.

Hurry Now click here to Apply >> Immigrate to CanadaAccording to PUNCH, Abimbola Oyeyemi revealed that Dare Olagoke and co-worker Mary Agbejo had gone to a commercial bank to withdraw the money and the police received a call from residents of the area that armed robbers attacked the both of them while they were coming out of the bank.
Abimbola Oyeyemi stated that the Divisional Police Officer, Ibara, SP Segun Ajao, mobilised his men and moved to the scene, where Tunde was arrested with the assistance of members of the public.
As reported by PUNCH, Tunde revealed that Olagoke informed him that his employer will send him with his colleague to withdraw N3m, adding that Olagoke asked him to rob both of them

Abimbola Oyeyemi further stated, “He confessed further that while Olagoke and his colleague were in the bank, he (Tunde) had already hidden in their car, which was deliberately left opened by Olagoke in accordance with their plan. Information Guide Nigeria
“While they got into the car, Tunde explained that he came out suddenly from the backseat and pointed a gun at the lady who was in possession of the money.
“But the lady noticed that the gun did not look original, consequent upon which she dragged the gun with him and raised the alarm. It was the alarm that attracted people who pursued them and called the police.”
According to Abimbola Oyeyemi, the suspects have been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for discreet investigation. JAMB Result
