In accordance with the requirements of the Electoral Act, a Federal High Court in Damaturu, Yobe State, declared null and void the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Fika East and Jakusko State constituencies.

In addition, Justice Aminu cautioned the party against tampering with the list of valid delegates given to INEC.
