Furthermore, the court addressed the allegation that Governor Hyacinth Alia’s name was not submitted to INEC by the APC within 180 days before the election. The court held that this allegation could not stand as the primary election that produced Alia was ordered by a high court and was conducted within the timeframe ordered by the court.JAMB Portal
