The Judge, Ladiran Akintola ordered the Department of State Services and AGF to pay Sunday Igboho over the unlawful invasion of his home.

Speaking to News Agency of Nigeria in New York, the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has said that the government may charge Sunday Igboho to court the second time.

Malami stated, “So, we are doing the needful in terms of looking at the law as it exists and then working within the context of the law in ensuring that justice is done as far as the contending issues between the parties are concerned”.
