Lamela shortlisted for FIFA Puskas Award
Erik Lamela’s astonishing ‘rabona’ against Arsenal in March has been nominated for the FIFA Puskas Award.
Erik, now of Sevilla having moved to the La Liga side in the summer after eight years in north London, produced the piece of skill to open the scoring at the Emirates in the spring, wrapping his left foot behind his standing right before drilling the ball into the far corner of the net to leave all watching in utter disbelief.
