As reported by PUNCH, he was arraigned over charges of treasonable felony and terrorism which the Federal Government amended last week to amount to a seven-count charge. Information Guide Nigeria
After he pleaded not guilty of the charges, the judge ordered that he should remain in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS). This is after failing to approve his request to be transferred to a correctional center.
According to PUNCH, the case has been adjourned till next month, November 10, 2021.
