A former Governor of Anambra State and Vice Presidential Candidate in the 2019 general election under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi has said that the Muhammadu Buhari government’s pledge to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in 10 years is not possible.
