We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Consultant

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Educated to Degree level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrable depth and breadth of understanding of security risk management, business resilience, and the dynamics of a consultancy practice within the sector
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successful security risk and resilience consultancy projects, preferably within Africa, and coupled with an understanding of the requirements for delivering services in a hostile environment
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience of operating within a commercial consulting environment
  • Proven experience of successfully driving teams to reach the strategic and operational goals
  • Commercially astute when planning and pricing project in terms of time, resource and outcomes
  • Proven experience of effectively managing a consulting team to perform highly and meet / exceed given targets
  • Relevant role of having successfully built effective and strong client relationships, being the preferred partner of choice.
  • Project management skills within a commercial/consulting environment
  • Strong commercial focus (financial management skills, legal and contractual skills) and leadership
  • Good client (both internal & external) management and consulting skills
  • Effective decision making & judgment
  • Assertiveness and drive with strong influencing skills
  • People leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and drive the performance of a team of security and risk professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills building trust & rapport
  • Excellent communication skills written & oral (informal and presentation to board level)

Preferred:

  • Post Graduate qualification in a related area, extensive experience in commercial management within the sector
  • Second language (French or Arabic preferable)

2.) Service Delivery Analyst

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office365 package
  • Installing the OS (Operating System) on machines
  • Able to add a printer onto a server
  • Able to adjust screen settings / Desktop settings such as resolution
  • Able to set up a dual monitor/docking station
  • Strong knowledge of utilising MS Office in a day-to-day environment

  • Experience of Cisco Systems

  • Experience of Networking
  • Experience of Servers systems (Beginner/ Intermediate)
  • Experience with Network towers and nano stations

Preferred:

  • Use of ServiceNow tool
  • Experience in Office365
  • Experience with McAfee security solutions
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Azure
  • Knowledge of and how to trouble-shoot TCP/IP issues
  • Knowledge of and how to trouble-shoot DHCP issues
  • Use of Monitoring Tools
  • Use of ERP application experience (AXM D365, SAP, Oracle, CRM, Salesforce)
  • Basic Database understanding – SQL, Access, MySQL, MSSQL
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow)

3.) Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Requirements
Qualifications and Specialist Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project / commercial management skills
  • Education to degree level / or relevant commercial experience
  • Developed IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Security / Risk consulting qualification preferred

Essential:

  • At least 5 years commercial experience in a risk consultancy business with a sound understanding of journey management, fleet management and protective services operations.
  • Keen interest in regional affairs
  • Developed commercial skills
  • Experience in successfully managing client / consultant relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills – written and verbal
