The President of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) has said he is interested in the reform of the nation’s federal civil service due to the dwindling fortunes of the service and the need to reverse the trend. DAILY TRUST reports.

He stated this yesterday in Abuja at the inauguration of the Cultural Change Video and Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) 25 Documents and Award Ceremony.
