Dismiss your economic management team now- group to Buhari
The New Era For Sustainable Leadership and Accountability Initiative, has asked the President, General Muhammadu Buhari, to sack his economic management team, adding that they have disappointed the nation.
They said this on Thursday in Abuja while addressing the economic situation in the country.
The Executive Director, NESLAI, Edwin Femi, also frowned on the failure of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, to retire after attaining the mandatory retirement age. Information Guide Nigeria

The group also condemned the fiscal policy pursued by the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, saying it was enabling mass impoverishment.

The activist also reprimanded the Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed, buttressing that she has shown “a record level of nonchalance and lack of empathy for the suffering of Nigerians.”
