  • Via SMS

1. Via USSD Codes

There are two codes you can use to check your GLO data balance. They are:

  • *127*0#.
  • *777#.

The *127*0# is the widely preferred method of checking GLO data balance as it’s the fastest. You simply dial*127*0# on your mobile phone and send the code with your GLO number.

In a few seconds, you’ll receive details of your data balance including the remaining MB, the type of data plan, and the expiration date.

The latter *777#  is a rather longer method of checking your GLO data balance but it’s still relatively fast when compared to the other means that’ll be discussed later on.

When using this method you simply dial*777# then you’ll click on “data” after which you’ll click on “check data balance” then in a few seconds you’ll receive a message containing the details of your data the same as the first one.

2. Via The Internet

Another easy way to check your data is by visiting the GLO website “hsi.glo.com”.

One downside about this method is that it requires an available internet connection (data) and if you don’t know your way around the site it could be time-consuming.

That said, it’s the most recommended for mobile devices with huge screens like iPads and tablets.

3. Via Sms

The third way you can easily check your GLO data balance is via SMS. To do this you simply send “INFO” in capital letters without the quotation marks and you’ll get the details of your account balance.
