Female journalists have been charged to up the ante in reportage of the activities of the Oyo State Government, through unrelenting education and enlightenment of the populace. Information Guide Nigeria
According to INDEPENDENT, the Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun charged female journalists during a courtesy visit by members of the National Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, to his office.

INDEPENDENT reports that Olatunbosun appreciated the cooperation being enjoyed by the State Government, from the Media and charged female reporters to partner with the Government in its desire to lift Oyo State to its desired height.
Speaking on NAWOJ forthcoming elections, Olatunbosun urged the umpires to put equity and justice first, stressing that his Ministry will work with any Executive that emerges. Jamb Result
According to INDEPENDENT, two of the aspirants for the position of a Chairperson in NAWOJ, the incumbent, Mrs. Jadesola Ajibola and Mrs. Lola Alamu appreciated the Commissioner for his readiness to work with the NAWOJ.
