The Flamingos of Nigeria will play the United States in the quarterfinals of the U–17 women’s World Cup in India.
The pairing was confirmed after the United States defeated Morocco 4-0 to finish first in Group A on Monday.

Earlier on Monday, the Flamingos qualified for the quarterfinals with a 2-1 victory over Chile in their final Group B match.
Two goals scored by captain Blessing Emmanuel and Bisola Mosaku gave Flamingos their second victory of the campaign.
Germany, who finished ahead of the Flamingos in Group B, will face the runners-up from Group A in the quarterfinals.
