FRSC visits accident victims in Lagos hospital, donates provisions
The Lagos State Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps on Monday visited road accident victims in Lagos.

The FRSC were received by the Director of the health facility, Taiwo Hassan.
Speaking during the visit, Hassan said, “The road is not the only factor that causes accidents. The drivers too need to be cautioned against taking substances that could blur their vision or negatively affect their alertness while driving. Jamb Result
“Just recently, our hospital’s Mental Health Committee visited motor parks in Ikorodu to educate drivers on substance abuse, drunk driving, and others. The FRSC should replicate such advocacy in all its units”.
Also speaking, FRSC Commander, Ikorodu Unit Command, Olawale Kareem said, “The FRSC has set aside one week before the Remembrance Day to visit all emergency service providers to appreciate them for their support.
“The day offers an opportunity to draw attention to the scale of emotional and economic devastation caused by road crashes and to map out strategies on how we can stem the tide in the country”.
