JUST IN: Sanusi Discloses On Contesting Presidency
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, a one-time Emir of Kano, on Monday said he is contented being spiritual leader of the Tijaniyyah, and not eyeing the Nigerian presidency in 2023. POLITICS NIGERIA reports.
Reports have it that Sanusi said this in Abeokuta, Ogun State, at a reception marking the 80th birthday of Babanla Adinni of Egbaland, Chief Tayo Sowunmi, Sanusi adding that he had served in various capacities both in past and present “and will forever be grateful to Allah”.
