He urged his supporters to remain calm and expressed disappointment with the dismissal of his appeal by the court, citing missing pages from the tribunal’s proceeding papers as grounds for the decision.

Upon returning with the pages accompanied by an affidavit, the court accepted and adopted the documents after cross-examination by counsels for both parties involved.
