We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Compliance Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Compliance Officer monitors and ensures adherence to post orders, defined standards and operating procedures by the operatives.
- The jobholder patrols and monitors the activities of operatives across assigned locations, drives and ensures strict compliance with Halogen standards for operational excellence; escalates issues, threats or infractions and engages appropriate officers for prompt resolution; and provides reports and updates on assigned locations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years relevant work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Sales Specialist
Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Job Description
- Initiate sales processes and make sales presentations to sales prospects
- Achieve the revenue target of the assigned business segment; selling the HMO’s products and services through a variety of sales activities (e.g., networking, prospecting, seeking referrals, working marketing leads, etc.).
- Provide and bring sales activities to a close in order to meet established revenue targets
- Achieve other targets as per advised budget including
- Establish an excellent working relationship with corporate partners; optimize each contact with new and existing clients, provide clients with the highest standard of customer service through the sales cycle in order to maintain the existing clientele and gain new ones
- Provide timely solutions to meet clients’ needs; provide timely information/ feedback to other departments in order to improve services and enhance IT system
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management / Administration, Social Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Must have completed his/her NYSC.
- Passionate and result oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

3.) Relationship Manager
Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Responsibilities
- Candidate is required to possess strong persuasive and convincing abilities while maintaining a good level of persistence and resilience in closing deals.
- Candidate is required to have strong presentation skills.
- Ability to efficiently sell investment solutions and constantly come up with marketing initiatives and strategies to grow the AUM of the business Relationship Management.
- Establish, build, and maintain pleasant professional relationships with all clients and prospects.
- Perform proper KYC on all prospective clients before establishing financial relationships with them.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the financial markets, industry and economy and being proactive in responses.
