Tottenham will have first refusal to re-sign Harry Kane from Bayern Munich, according to Daniel Levy.
Kane joined the German club for £100 million during the summer transfer window, with Spurs unwilling to risk losing the England captain on a free transfer the following summer.

Levy, who has come under fire from Tottenham fans for letting Kane leave, was questioned if the club had a buy-back clause on the England striker at a fans’ forum on Tuesday night.
