He also praised the governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, stating that Nigeria required a thinker such as the governor.

Tinubu said, I am confidently telling you that I will win with your support and I know you are very supportive of me. I know that I am at home here in Kaduna.

Responding, El-Rufai who returned to the podium, replied, “I promise to stay even on a part-time basis.”

Explaining how he would fix the economy, Tinubu stated, “We will privatise the ease of doing business and ensure steady power supply and distribution.

“Nigeria will succeed and move on to prosperity. I will assemble intelligent Nigerians both men and women, for the progress of our country.  We will champion an effective government that will block revenue leakages for proper accountability.’’
