Reason APC won Lagos election – Speaker Obasa

Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa has hailed residents for participating in the governorship and assembly elections, giving a reason his party won. DAILY POST reports.

In a statement by spokesperson Eromosele Ebhomele, the Speaker, commended the electorate for returning him to represent Agege Constituency 1.

Obasa said residents displayed love for the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the period leading to the election and while the exercise lasted.

The triumph is proof that the people believe the party would deliver more dividends of democracy in the next four years, the lawmaker added.

With the poll concluded, Obasa urged all stakeholders to come together to work in unity and achieve greater positive results for Lagos State.
