Why I killed Abuja corper – Suspect, Jennifer Tsembe

The Suspects, Jennifer Tsembe arrested in connection with the murder of a female member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Stephanie Terungwa, has revealed why she killed her a few weeks ago.

According to DAILY TRUST, the suspects, Jenifer Tsembe (26), Monday Simon aka Black (36), and Solomon Abu (35), all residents of Oguta Lake Street, Maitama, Abuja, revealed their role in the death of the late Abuja Corper.

Jenifer Tsembe said that the late Stephanie came to her house to collect a phone the day she was found dead and denied involvement in the murder.Information Guide Nigeria

She added that the male suspects were the ones that told her that they wanted to kidnap the late Stephanie to demand ransom.

However, one of the male suspects told journalists that she invited him to help her scare Stephanie from her man.

DAILY TRUST reports that he said the only role he played was to open the gate for the late corps member when she came to Jenifer’s house.

He added that he met two other men who tied the late corps, and that he left the place and later heard of the murder.

Jenifer Tsembe who confessed to the crime, told Daily asset that she killed the victim to separate her from her estranged lover, Edward Achadu so she could have him all to herself.

The second male suspect said he did not kill the corps member, adding that he held and tied her as instructed by Jenifer Tsembe before leaving the house.

As reported by DAILY POST, he said when the female suspect called him later in the night to come to her house, the corps member was in a terrible state bathed with acid.

“She held my legs and was begging me to help her dispose the body, after which she called someone who brought a car. The person left the car, which we later used to carry the body to where we dumped it at about 3am.”

He added that the female suspect paid him N100,000.

The Commissioner of Police, FCT, Sunday Babaji who gave an update on the case said discrete investigation revealed that the late corps member resided in City Homes Estate, Lokogoma, with one Edward Achadu.

Sunday Babaji said that it was discovered that she left home with her one-year, five-month-old son and never returned home.

Babaji stated, “A day later, the son was recovered at Holy Trinity Catholic Church upon a call placed through to one of the paternal relatives.Jamb Result

“Discrete and painstaking investigation by tactical and intelligence assets of the command attached to the homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) led to the arrest of the three suspects.”

According to DAILY TRUST, he stressed that the suspects criminally conspired and murdered the victim to separate her from Edward Achadu so that the female suspect, Jenifer Tsembe, will have him to herself.
