The aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the upcoming Anambra election, Andy Uba, has said that he made Professor Charles Soludo, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).Aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the election, Soludo served as CBN governor during the tenure of the erstwhile President, Olusegun Obasanjo.
