Bring along the following:
1. ORIGINALS: of Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent at not more than two sittings.
2. ORIGINAL: Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of age (Baptismal Certificate not acceptable).
3. ORIGINAL: Testimonial from last Secondary School attended. Jamb Result
4. Pan, Pencil and Eraser
5. Two (2) recent passport photographis (coloured full face on a white background, no eye glasses should be worn) 3cms long and 2/2 cms wide.
Candidate should note that the mandatory minimum entry requirement to this School effective from 2006, as per Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria is CREDITS in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings.
