President Muhammadu Buhari says he prays for the souls of Nigerians violently murdered under his watch while condemning the rise in ritual killings and deadly attacks against policemen and ethnic minorities, with the latest incidents reported in Enugu, Imo, Abia, Zamfara, and Ogun.
