This is to notify candidates who are interested in the pre-degree program of Delta State University (DELSU) that the Management of the institution has begun the sale of forms for admission into its pre-degree program for the 2021/2022 academic session. Interested candidates should see the list of available courses, price of form, admission requirements, and how to apply below.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Pre-degree programme of the Delta State University, Abraka for the 2023/2024 academic session.  Admission Requirements:

1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

(a) Candidates should possess five credits in relevant subjects in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or its equivalent at not more than two sittings. The subjects should include English Language and Mathematics. For Pharmacy and Nursing Science degree programmes, candidates must have the five credits at one sitting.

(b) Specific Departmental admission requirements are as indicated in the UTME brochure for Delta State University, Abraka.

(c) Applicants are required to register and write the 2023 UTME (JAMB) examination. They must take DELSU as first Choice.

(d) Candidates must register the same course in JAMB and in the DELSU Pre-degree Programme.

All degree programmes/courses offered in the University, except Medicine and Law.

3. METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Application forms are to be filled online at the rate of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) through the use of Delta State University virtual pin generated at http://www.delsuonline.com, and payment made at any of the following banks as approved by the University.

  • Ecobank
  • Unity bank Fidelity Bank
  • UBA
  • Zenith Bank

4. APPLICATION PERIOD: 23rd August, 2023 to 23rd October, 2023

5. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:Thursday 26th October, 2023
