1.) Creative Designer

Location: Lagos

About the Job

  • Create and design various materials for print, presentations, and digital collateral.
  • Develop concepts for marketing strategies and collateral.
  • Establish creative direction brand guidelines for the company as well as the product brands.
  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, visual elements and illustrations to help deliver a message.
  • Design layouts, including a selection of colours, images, and typeface.
  • Review designs for errors before publishing.
  • Create web, social media, app, email, and outdoor marketing content that meets top class design expectation, by the brand guidelines.
  • Work across teams to produce any additional visual resources that might be required.
  • Participate in regular design reviews with Product Designers/Marketing.
  • Document and communicate your weekly and monthly activity report.
  • Suggest process improvements and work with the team to implement same.

Requirements
Competences required to suceed on this role:

Functional:

  • Strong UI and UX Design Skills

2.) Fleet Engagement Officer

Location: Oyo

Responsibilities
What you will be responsible for:

What you will be responsible for:

  • Working in collaboration with Kwik’s Dev team across all phases of the sales cycle; pre-sale with Business Department, project delivery with Tech Team, and post-sale with Support Team.

  • We are looking for a “Senior IT Project Manager” to manage and monitor projects implemented by our hybrid in-house and a nearshore contractor-based team of developers.

Responsibilities
What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Adapting Kwik Platform to the requirements of the Company, her Partners and Customers
  • Setting technical requirements based on functional high-level specifications while working in close cooperation with various stakeholders (Digital Product Owner, Sales Team, Marketing Team)
  • Keeping the team abreast of all trends in the digital logistics Industry and employing the same for the generation of new ideas to take advantage of any technological opportunities that digitization offers.
  • Creating and applying company project management processes and being proactive enough to make improvements.
  • Project governance – reporting project status, risk management, reporting key metrics
  • Ensuring project completion in a set timeframe, communicating progress to stakeholders, monitoring and tracking task completion, Identifying technical problems, processes and solutions, and skills for their timely resolution.

Qualifications
What we are looking out for in the ideal candidate:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science
