Ex-international Garba Lawal has urged the Super Eagles of Nigeria to be focused as he predicts a difficult clash with Ghana as the 2022 World Cup qualification illuminates our screens later this month.Information Guide Nigeria

Speaking with The PUNCH, Lawal, who grabbed the winner when the Eagles beat the Black Stars in an AFCON quarter-final clash 20 years ago in Mali, said the Ghanaians would provide a stern test for the Eagles, when both sides clash.

“Even when I was a player, it was always difficult when we played Ghana, it’s like the biggest derby in Africa,” the retired midfielder said.
