Just like another company, they also recruit graduates from other professions to help run the affairs of the company other than those listed on their manifestos.

Entry level qualification of KPMG is usually 2:1 or first class graduates in any field and 2:2 degree and OND for intern. KPMG Interview process is always a rigorous one. See the nature of the interview and past interview questions here.

According to our research KPMG pays about N2.5million per annum  to their entry level staff. This amount is quite higher for chattered staffs. From this amount, there are 25% tax deduction every month and 7.5% compulsory employee contributory pension from the monthly basic salary.

At the end of every month, the remaining amount would be around N156,000 ever month for entry level staff.

According to our source, KPMG also pays certain monthly allowances like the leave allowance (mostly in April), clothing allowances (mostly in August) and the 13th month salary  paid in December.

Other Advantages Working with KPMG

Apart from the basic salary, there are many other things their employees stand to benefit. These are;

  1. Regular top level training as you climb the career ladder
  2. Clearly defined career path with yearly promotions with a corresponding increase in salary
  3. Positive career value in other places of work. That is, after working with KPMG for three years, if you wish to pursue your career at a similar establishment, you will be placed higher than counterparts who started work the same year with you.
  4. If you work with KPMG for at least 3 years, you will easily get a job elsewhere with even higher pay due to their reputation.
