NAFDAC frowns at the usage of azo dye in palm oil production

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has frowned at the use of Azo dye, otherwise known as Sudan Dye, to make palm oil look reddish.

Prof. Moji Christianah Adeyeye, the Director-General of NAFDAC, said this at a sensitization programme in Anambra State.
