However, the report has it that XDA’s Mishaal Rahman has noticed a recent change in the Google Camera app that could relate to the Pixel 6 series’ release date. According to Rahman, Google has remotely changed a flag in its camera app to ’10-27-2021′, albeit only for devices reporting as a Pixel 6 series handset. jamb result
Rahman adds that Google will prompt people to update its camera app after October 27, but only if they are using a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro. To that end, Rahman notes that no other Pixel smartphones contain this release date string within their Google Camera apps.
Notebookcheck.net discloses in his statement; ‘we should stress that this is not definitive proof that Google will release these devices on October 27. Nonetheless, Rahman considers an October 19 launch and an October 27 release ‘plausible’. If Google has included this string within its camera app, an October 27 release date could also apply globally.
