A statement signed by Catherine Oby Christopher, Ph.D., Assistant Director of Information, Federal High Court of Nigeria, on Friday, hinted that the vacation will end on
September 15.
“The Vacation will commence from Monday, the 24th day of July 2023 to Friday, the 15th day of September 2023” Dr Oby Christopher stated.Information Guide Nigeria

The Court, according to the statement shall resume sitting on Monday, the 18th day of September, 2023.
“This is in order for Hon. Judges to enjoy their well-deserved rest and to prepare for the challenges of the New Legal year,” the statement said.
Consequently, the Litigating public will be at liberty to approach only the under-listed functional Courts in Abuja, Lagos, and Port-Harcourt.NYSC Portal
The vacation Judges are: Abuja, Hon. Justice A. R. Mohammed, Hon. Justice O.A. Egwuatu.
