Onyema Seeks Review Of Aviation Workers’ Salaries
Allen Onyema, Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace has called on the Nigerian Government to critically review the salaries of staff of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
According to Onyema, most of the technical staff were leaving the authority for other agencies, especially airlines where the pay is much compared to what NCAA is offering.

According to him, the organisation is not able to nurture good and qualified talents in the industry because its salary structure is low, adding that the Nigerian government should remove the NCAA from the civil service salary structure.
