Osimhen ranked third best U-25 striker

Victor Osimhen of Napoli and the Super Eagles is ranked third among strikers under the age of 25 in the category of target man shooters, according to the CIES Football Observatory.Information Guide Nigeria

With a score of 93.3, the Nigerian moved up six spots in the football observatory’s list that was issued on Monday.

The top player on the list is Kai Havertz of Chelsea, who had a score of 94.3. Matias Zaracho of Atletico Mineiro, who received a score of 93.4, is in second place.JAMB Result

Ferran Torres of Barcelona is displaced from third place by Osimhen, who has a score of 93.3.

With a score of 92.6, Darwin Nunez, a €80 million acquisition by Liverpool, sits in fifth place.

Julian Alvarez of Manchester City, Tammy Abraham of Roma, Matthaüs Cunha of Atletico Madrid, Dusan Vlahovic of Juventus, and Evanilson Dea of FC Porto round out the top ten.

Osimhen, who was the focus of transfer rumours during the recently closed transfer window, remains with Napoli and is off to a strong start this year.

Prior to suffering an injury that will keep him out for three weeks, the 23-year-old had five Serie A appearances under his belt, contributing to two goals and one assist while also playing a significant part in Napoli’s 4-1 victory over Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.
