Edo Queens will conclude the season as group leaders in Group B, barring a defeat to Abia Angels, after their meeting on Wednesday was called off.
Following a downpour, the game was rescheduled for Thursday (today).
“The remainder of the abandoned match between Abia Angels and Edo Queens due to the downpour will be continued at the Umuahia Township Stadium by 8am on Thursday, April 20, 2023. The MD14 match was brought to a halt in the 30th minute,” the NWFL stated on Twitter on Wednesday.
