According to PEOPLES GAZETTE, this is contained in a statement by Mr Buni’s media aide, Mamman Mohammed, in Damaturu on Wednesday.

The statement explained, “The emergency Medical Ambulance Service law provides the opportunity for first aid treatment to victims from the scene of accidents before reaching medical facilities.
“ Similarly, the Health facility Inspection and Monitoring Agency empowers health authorities to inspect and monitor services provided by all medical facilities in the state to eliminate substandard services and cutting corners.”JAMB Result
