1.) Finance Intern
Location: Lagos
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Operational:
- Reconciling various company’s accounts within an implementation project.
- Reviewing and implementing ledgers on assets, liabilities, income, expenses and equity to provide relevant information to Management.
- Ability to monitor and review creditors and debtors ledgers
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality, adequacy and accuracy of documentation.
- Accuracy of reconciliation documentation.
- Timeliness and accuracy of management reports
- Strong experience of using spreadsheets
- Can manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate Accountancy qualification
- Required Experience: 1
- Key knowledge of basic accounting principles and double entry is a must
- Must be a fresh graduate awaiting NYSC
- Age: 19- 23 years old

2.) Junior Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Certified junior in project management
- Proven working experience in project management
- Competence in IT usage, particularly in standard project management tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete projects within a set duration and budget.
- Conflict resolution skills.
Requirements:
- Project Management qualification required but not essential
- Experience of managing software and business delivery projects with a timeline of at least 6 months from initiation to delivery.
