We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Field Team Support
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- Support the team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all passive equipment on sites within clients stated SLA.
- Report issues with equipment which need proactive attention to ensure availability of all resources for optimal use.
- Support the team to ensure high network availability through meeting client’s stated SLA and other relevant targets.
- Support the team to ensure that all clients’ service conditions and requests are met through laid down procedures
- Ensure total compliance to quality, health and safety standards.
- Support the team to ensure proper management of diesel delivered on sites.
- Support the team to ensure proper monitoring of assets on sites and give prompt report.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in Engineering

- 2 years practical experience.

Location: Anambra
Job Description
- Lead a team of field technicians for maintenance and installation of all Power, other related equipment including Janitorial within assigned cluster.
- Carry out Preventive and corrective maintenance on all Passive equipment on sites within clients stated SLA.
- Ensure high network availability through meeting client’s stated SLA and other relevant targets.
- Ensure that all clients’ service conditions and requests are met through laid down procedures.
- Report issues with equipment which need proactive attention to ensure availability of all resources for optimal use.
- Ensure and Keep proper care of company vehicle, working tools and other items in your possession and present them for inspection as and when required.
- Keep and give adequate and correct report of cluster activities (such as PM, CM, Diesel delivery, spare usage reports).
- Ensure total compliance to quality, health and safety standards.
- Interface and ensure good relationship with the clients and their supervisor(s).
- Ensure proper management of diesel delivered on sites.
- Ensure proper monitoring of assets at sites and give prompt report.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in Engineering Jamb Result
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Team lead.

3.) Field Team Supervisor
Location: Anambra
Job Description
- Ensure holistic safety of The telecommunication base stations comprising of the entire premises and structure
- Ability to manage teams in assigned clusters to ensure best practices and performance.
- Sound knowledge on trouble shooting, escalation and resolution of passive maintenance of the assigned base stations
- Ensure compliance of required processes in the day to day activities of the base station.
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc in Engineering.
- Relevant training certificates.
- A professional certificate in Engineering is an advantage. Pounds to Naira
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years practical experience as a Supervisor.
Skills:
- Proper diesel management skills.
- Good report writing skill.
